The Pioneers Stage brings together remarkable people from across the world of motoring, celebrating those who have shaped its past while exploring those helping to define its future.

Through intimate conversations, interviews and expert round-tables, the stage will uncover the stories, ideas and personalities behind extraordinary cars and achievements — from engineering and design to competition, adventure and innovation.

Expect candid conversations, fascinating stories and fresh perspectives from across the automotive world, covering everything from racing and design to collecting, craftsmanship and the adventures that happen along the way.

The 2026 event welcomed an exceptional line-up of automotive personalities, including Tomás De Vargas Machuca, Maurice Hamilton, Wayne Burgess and Elspeth Beard. Their stories, experiences and insights brought a unique perspective to the world of motoring, from design and engineering to racing, adventure and beyond
