The copyright and all other rights in all of the material on this site are owned by Hothouse Media Ltd or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner. As a visitor to this site, you may copy material on this site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying, adapting or transmitting for any purpose other than your own private or domestic purposes is permitted.

TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and attending Wilton Legends, you agree to the following:

Entry

  • All tickets provide general entry to the event Wilton Legends and to Wilton House during the hours it is open for viewing.
  • The event takes place 19–21 June 2026 at Wilton House, Salisbury.
  • Opening times vary by day (see website for full details).
  • The last entry is one hour before closing.
  • The event takes place rain or shine.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or duplicated.
  • It may be necessary for the event organisers to make changes to the programme, timings, layout, or content with no notice, no refunds will be given if parts of the event content/programme change.
  • As the event spans both indoor and outdoor spaces, including uneven historic ground and grass areas, we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing suitable footwear. 
  • Seating for talks and presentations is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Food and drink are available on site, picnics are permitted.
  • Parking is included with your ticket.
  • We may take photographs and film at the event. By attending, you agree that these images and recordings may be used by us for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Whilst security patrols will be in operation 24/7 for the duration of the event, vehicles and personal items are left at your own risk.
  • The organisers shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, fire, flood, industrial action, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
  • In such circumstances, refunds or compensation may not be offered.
  • Accessibility information is available on the event website.
  • While the organisers aim to provide reasonable access for all attendees, certain areas of the site may have limited accessibility due to the historic nature and terrain of the venue.
  • Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the organisers’ Privacy Policy, available on the event website. 

Important information

  • No dogs are allowed on site, except assistance dogs.
  • No drones are permitted anywhere on the event site.
  • While we aim to deliver the programme as planned, some changes to timings, layout, or content may be necessary, including last-minute adjustments that we may not be able to communicate in advance. 
  • No refunds will be given if parts of the programme/event content change.
