The copyright and all other rights in all of the material on this site are owned by Hothouse Media Ltd or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner. As a visitor to this site, you may copy material on this site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying, adapting or transmitting for any purpose other than your own private or domestic purposes is permitted.
The Information on this Site
Whilst we try to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information on this site. We advise you to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.
Data Protection
When you book tickets through our ticketing platform, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number and payment details. This information is used to process your booking and contact you about your tickets and the event.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Wilton Legends website. Where you have given consent, we may also use your details to send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Ticket Purchase
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the date, number and type of tickets. Once an order has been confirmed, mistakes cannot be rectified.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, including if you change your plans, are unable to attend, purchase the wrong ticket, or cannot attend due to weather or travel difficulties.
Child tickets (where applicable) must be booked alongside an adult ticket.
Wilton Legends is not responsible for tickets that are lost or stolen.
Tickets should only be purchased through our official ticketing channels. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from individuals or unauthorised websites, as we cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased elsewhere.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred or duplicated. Any ticket found to have been unlawfully resold or duplicated may be cancelled without refund or compensation.
Tickets are valid only for the date or dates shown on the ticket. Promotional offers or subsequently advertised ticket prices do not entitle existing ticket holders to a refund or price adjustment.
Event Information
Wilton Legends takes place 18–20 June 2027 at Wilton House, Salisbury. All tickets provide general entry to Wilton Legends and Wilton House during its opening hours. Please check the Wilton Legends website for opening times; last entry is one hour before closing.
The event takes place rain or shine. The event includes both indoor and outdoor areas, including grass and uneven historic ground, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
We cannot accept responsibility for travel difficulties, including traffic, road closures, public transport disruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Parking is included with your ticket. Food and drink are available on site, and picnics are permitted.
Changes to the Event
We aim to deliver the event as advertised, but it may be necessary to make changes to the programme, timings, layout, speakers, vehicles, exhibitors or other event content, including at short notice.No refunds will be given because of changes to individual elements of the programme or event content.
Seating for talks and presentations is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation and Events Beyond Our Control
The organisers may need to cancel, postpone or alter the event because of circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including extreme weather, fire, flood, industrial action, acts of government or other force majeure events.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, we will communicate the arrangements to ticket holders and deal with tickets in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Entry and Re-admission
You must have a valid ticket to enter the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, threatening or disruptive, who fails to comply with age restrictions or who breaches these Terms & Conditions or the event rules. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
If you leave the site and wish to return on the same day, you must follow the re-admission procedure in place at the event. Re-admission is not valid for a different event day unless specifically stated on your ticket.
Age Restrictions & Supervision
Under 18s: All attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times while on the event site.
Alcohol Policy: We operate a Challenge 25 policy across all bars and alcohol supply points. If you appear to be under 25, you will be required to show valid photo ID (such as a passport or photocard driving licence) to purchase or consume alcohol. Proof of age may also be requested at the entry gates.
Responsibility: Accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of any minors in their care throughout the event.
Refusal of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse entry or require the departure of any unaccompanied minor or any adult failing to adequately supervise minors under their care, without refund or compensation
E-Tickets
All tickets purchased online will be accessed via a link in your booking confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive and can access your tickets. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folders and contact us if you have not received your confirmation.
Tickets may be printed or displayed on a smartphone. If using a smartphone, we recommend downloading your tickets before arriving and saving them to your device or digital wallet, as mobile signal may be limited.
Photography and Filming
We will take photographs and film at Wilton Legends.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings and agree that these may be used by the organisers for legitimate promotional purposes, including on our website, social media and other marketing channels.
Accessibility
Accessibility information is available on the Wilton Legends website.
We aim to provide reasonable access for all attendees, but some areas may have limited accessibility due to the historic nature and terrain of the venue.
Dogs and Drones
No dogs are allowed on site, except assistance dogs.
No drones or other unmanned aircraft are permitted anywhere on the event site without prior written permission from the organisers.
Personal Belongings and Vehicles
We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Whilst security patrols will be in operation during the event, vehicles and personal belongings are left at your own risk.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to this, the organisers are not responsible for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from attendance at the event except where caused by the negligence or other liability of the organisers that cannot legally be excluded.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Wilton Legends, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable event rules or instructions in place at the event.
